This clothing was founded by Paul Owe. He's known as a Local Celebrity in the DMV area. He has thousands of followers on Instagram, Twitter & Vine. His @ name on all those apps is @Kingpaul__ (2 underscores). He wanted to do something to Represent the DMV area but he didn't know what. He took it into deep thought and then an idea sparked in his brain. He already owns a clothing line called Urban Luxury and he thought, "What the heck. Why don't I just start another one?" The clothes he makes are representative of the DMV area. All designs are custom and copyrighted by Paul Owe.
